These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stare platform operated by Stare Co., Ltd. ("Stare," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Korea, located at 33F, Building B, Intelliz 2, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. In such case, "you" refers to that entity.
1. The Service
Stare is an AI-powered sales and analytics platform that provides AI agents, data enrichment, workflow automation, and third-party integrations. The Service is available at stare.dev. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Stare grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service for the duration of your subscription or account. This license is solely for your personal or internal business use and does not include the right to sublicense, redistribute, or resell the Service.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You may use Stare with a personal account or create and join team accounts. Team account owners are responsible for their members' actions.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Credits
Stare offers a free tier with limited credits and paid subscription plans billed monthly or annually to the closed beta users. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued.
Service usage is measured in credits. Plan credits are consumed first, followed by purchased credits. Unused plan credits do not roll over. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
5. User Content
You retain all rights to content you upload or create through the Service ("User Content"). You grant Stare a limited, non-exclusive license to use your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account. You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
